Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    Studio rentals are by appointment only. In the event we can accommodate last minute appointments, communication via phone or email is required. It is not recommended that anyone show up unannounced to the studio.
  • What is your minimum rental time?
    To meet the needs of all our creative guests we offer a minimum of one hour rental time on all available rental options.
  • Do you charge a fee for using a credit card?
    Yes, while the booking fee is included in the rental fee, there is an additional charge of approximately 3% for using credit cards or financial processing companies.
  • Is parking free?
    Yes, parking is free. During weekends and evenings there is plenty of parking. During regular business hours the parking lot can get full. You’re welcome to park in the parking lot to the left of our building near the stairs (in spaces not marked as reserved).
  • Can I bring my professional camera or a photographer?
    YES! Bring your iphone, DLSR, mirrorless, instant, film cameras or your favorite photographer! . We are set up for all photo enthusiasts of all levels of experience to explore, learn and create.
  • Do you have a place I can put my belongings?
    Yes, we offer lockers at no additional cost.
  • Can I bring my pet?
    We are pet friendly! Animals (cats and dogs) are allowed during Private Studio Bookings and on specific dates and times. Service animals or companion pets are allowed with proper documentation.
  • Can I bring food or drinks?
    Yes, a small amount of catering is allowed for your event. However, to avoid extra charges for damage, it is highly recommended that you and your guests be very mindful with food and wash your hands after handling.
  • Do you give warning when the rental time is ending?
    No, all guests are responsible for monitoring their own time. This is important as you need to watch your time and plan ahead for clean-up. You must leave the space in the same condition you left it. If not, over-time and clean-up charges will apply.
  • Do you have WiFi?
    Yes, we offer free wifi. Also, we provide Bluetooth access to our stereo system on private and boudoir rentals. We do not, however, have a public phone on site.
  • Is there a cancelation fee?
    Yes, cancelations can be performed on our website. Cancelation fees are based on how far in advance your reservation is made. More than 24 hours prior to the booking date and start time are subject to the standard 15% non-refundable booking fee. Less than 24 hours prior to the booking date and time are subject to a 50% loss of the booking fee. A cancelation within two hours before the booking start time/no show will forfeit 100% of the booking fee Special Services are subject to non-refundable deposits (in addition to the studio bookinh fees), based on the service provided.
